Residential Sales Consultant role expectations include:

1. Accomplish sales goals by following Valdicass in-home selling process when managing consultations
2. Enjoy the entire sales process by:
3. Evaluating customer needs
4. Explaining product options and application to determine the right fit for the client
5. Handling accurate on-site measuring and quoting
6. Achieving the sale and providing a delivery schedule
7. Following up after product installation
8. Obtain new business through networking and referrals
9. Appropriate electronic systems and software to quote products and manage customer communications

Windows and doors experience

Required Education and Experience:

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, one to two years of related experience and or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Individual’s motor vehicle records must also comply with company requirements. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of continuous interruptions and prioritize responsibilities.

Professional Skills:

Must present a clean and neat natural presence and strictly remain by company dress code working as a role model for other workers, customers, and visitors.

Physical Requirements Are: 

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to drive a vehicle, stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The representative must regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds utilizing proper lifting procedures. This job’s precise vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The sound level in the work environment varies between low to moderate in administrative offices and moderate in construction places.

Travel:

The majority of travel will be local. Must drive to the showroom, job sites, and customer locations and required company functions at different locations.
